If something isn’t quite right, no worries — we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

Our Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• No signs of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair, please.
• You'll need your order number or receipt handy.
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Send us an email at info@geenieliciousjeans.com within 14 days of delivery.

Let us know your order number, what you’d like to return or exchange, and why. We'll send you simple instructions to send the item back. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Shipping Details

For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item for free once we receive your return.

Tip: We suggest using a trackable shipping service — we want to make sure your return makes it safely back to us!

Refund Info

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update.

If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

(Heads up: Your bank may take a little extra time to post the refund.)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
